Lisa Soriano

As a psychotherapist, Lisa takes her role seriously, understanding that everyone who she gets the opportunity to meet and help is a gift of life to this world, and she has the desire to help others feel seen, heard, while helping them gain more perspective using a more solutions focused approach, to process through the difficulties in life, knowing that situations in life can easily become overwhelming.

LIS is fully aware in knowing that clients are coming to her for her expertise, in order to help them navigate through the storms of their life, and she looks forward to helping her clients, meeting them where they are at, and assisting them along their healing journey.

Lisa resides in Southern California with her husband of over 21 years. She has two adult sons, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, while on her free time knowing the importance of self-care enjoys traveling, running, biking, being in nature, writing, shopping, and photography.
