You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to facilitate a safe space for you to heal, while offering hope through gaining further perspective.

Life is full of storms that sneak up on us or catch us by surprise and it takes a commitment by you to put in the time and work, but well worth it in the end.

Taking the first step to come in and receive therapeutic intervention can be frightening; not knowing what to expect as an outcome. You may be at the last straw and thinking… “what is a therapist going to do for me” or “this is just gonna be a waste of my time,” or maybe you’re thinking something else that is having you feel hesitant to get the help, but I would like to encourage you to reconsider investing in therapy, because anything is possible if you believe in and are willing to set aside the time to put in the work and effort it takes.

My goal is to facilitate an environment where you feel comfortable with opening up and can be encouraged, while assisting you to heal any brokenness or trauma you have either witnessed or experienced, through walking you through some of those painful life situations that can be tough, often leading you to cope in ways that you or others in your life may have difficulty understanding.

It is best to seek professional guidance where you feel heard and validated and encouraged.

With that, Christian Counseling is available upon request.

Life can be challenging and it can feel as though wave after wave continues to overwhelm you. Whatever challenges and issues you are facing, I am dedicated to help you gain insight, while in a supportive environment, where you can feel safe to be vulnerable and transparent. It is important to feel heard, validated, and encouraged, where you can gain further insight and healing by a professional therapist.

Relationships take work and I am committed to assisting with helping you to create a healthy and thriving relationship. It is important to know that everybody comes from different cultural upbringings and backgrounds. I am committed to exploring those differences, to see how each person is individually unique, and how the differences can be empowering and used for the good in the relationship. It is my goal to help bring wisdom and insight, using practical tools, to assist couples to gain additional perspective.

I truly believe that there’s always two sides and it takes two people putting in the effort,

to make a relationship last.

Furthermore, it is important to make sure that love and respect is built and maintained and that each person feels cherished. There are a lot of tools out there and I would like to help connect you to some of those tools, to be able to get you to a place in your relationship that you never thought you could get to before -building each other up, using effective communication, and bringing and maintaining long-lasting intimacy.
